Programs

Specialised 4 week programs include introductory personal training session to ensure that you are able to carry out the prescribed exercises without assistance and understand reasoning for what you have been set.

After 4 weeks of following the detailed program you are to be reassessed and appropriate changes to your program will be made suitably.


*Programs are only written for those who are deemed suitable to perform mentally and physically in good form without supervision, are able to easily follow instruction and are self motivated. Results are proven and not guaranteed as they must be earned.
